This program is designed to help you explore new interests, develop capabilities, and expand your network through short-term assignments and projects that fit your availability.
By joining the internal talent pool, you’ll be able to:
Participation is completely voluntary — you decide what opportunities are right for you.
Individual Stretch Projects
Short-term assignments (typically less than 25% of your time) that allow you to develop new skills or gain experience in a focused area while continuing in your current role.
Group-Based Projects
Collaborative projects where associates from different teams work together on a shared initiative — ideal for learning, exposure, and teamwork.
Temporary Assignments
Full-time, time-bound assignments that allow you to step into a different role or function for a defined period to build deeper experience.
Hotel Rotations
Very short rotations (often less than a week) designed to give above-property or office-based associates firsthand exposure to hotel operations.
